OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by On-Air Sports Marketing, LLC, 11415 N. 78th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 (“Sponsor” or “OASM”). The Promotion is conducted in connection with the “Roc and Manuch with Jimmy B” Monday Night Tailgate live broadcast on ESPN Phoenix 620 AM / 98.7 HD-2 and takes place at Big’s American Bar & Grill, 16550 N. 83rd Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85382 (“Venue”).

The Promotion is conducted solely by On-Air Sports Marketing, LLC. ESPN Phoenix 620 AM / 98.7 HD-2, Bonneville International Corporation, ESPN, Inc., their respective stations, affiliates, parent companies, and licensors, and the Venue are not sponsors, administrators, or promoters of the Promotion, do not conduct or supervise it, are not responsible for the award or delivery of any prize, and have no liability of any kind with respect to it. Their names, marks, and broadcast facilities appear solely in connection with the “Roc and Manuch with Jimmy B” program and do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or administration of the Promotion. All questions, disputes, and claims relating to the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor at the address above.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion runs on each Monday on which a nationally televised National Football League game is scheduled and broadcast at the Venue, beginning Monday, August 31, 2026 and ending Monday, [END DATE] (each such Monday, a “Promotion Night”). No Promotion will be conducted on any Monday on which no such game is played. Entry for each Promotion Night opens at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time and closes at the end of the second quarter of that night’s televised game. Sponsor’s on-site staff are the official timekeepers.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of entry, and who are physically present at the Venue at the time of entry and at the time of the drawing.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, the Venue, Bonneville International Corporation, ESPN, the prize insurer, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entry is free. On each Promotion Night, an eligible person may obtain an entry form from OASM staff at the Venue, complete it legibly in full (name, age confirmation, phone number, and email address), and deposit it in the designated entry bucket before the close of entry for that Promotion Night.

• Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion Night. Duplicate, illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or late entries will be disqualified.
• Entries do not carry over. All entries are cleared from the bucket at the conclusion of each Promotion Night.
• No purchase of food, beverage, or anything else is required to receive an entry form, and no purchase will improve a person’s chance of being selected.
• Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. SELECTION OF CONTESTANTS

At halftime of that night’s televised game, Sponsor will randomly draw twenty (20) entry forms from the entry bucket. Each entrant whose name is drawn must be present at the Venue and must present valid government-issued photo identification confirming eligibility.

If a drawn entrant is not present, does not respond within two (2) minutes of being announced, cannot produce valid identification, or is otherwise ineligible, that entry will be void and an alternate entry will be drawn, time permitting. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received on that Promotion Night.

6. THE GAME

Each of the twenty (20) selected contestants (each, a “Contestant”) will receive one (1) turn to roll six (6) oversized dice provided by Sponsor. Each die displays a combination of the letters W, I, N, N, E, R and the logos of the Venue and “Roc and Manuch with Jimmy B.”

Each Contestant will roll all six (6) dice one (1) time, simultaneously, in a single throw, within the designated rolling area, in the presence of an OASM judge. All rolls are recorded on video.

A roll is valid only if: all six dice are thrown in one motion, all six come to rest flat within the designated rolling area, and no die is cocked, stacked, or off the surface. An invalid roll will be re-thrown one (1) time at the judge’s direction. A Contestant’s second invalid roll ends that Contestant’s turn with no prize awarded.

Prizes are determined by the faces showing on the six dice after they come to rest:

Each Contestant is eligible for one (1) prize per Promotion Night — the single highest prize achieved on that roll. Results are not cumulative across rolls, Contestants, or Promotion Nights.

The judgment of the on-site OASM judge as to the outcome of any roll is final and binding in all respects. Video review may be used at Sponsor’s sole discretion but is not required.

7. ADDITIONAL ON-SITE PROMOTIONS

The following are separate promotions conducted on each Promotion Night and are subject to these Official Rules as applicable:

• Lock of the Night. During the 1:00–4:00 p.m. broadcast, hosts will take a minimum of three (3) callers per hour who may guess the final score of that night’s game. One (1) guess per caller per Promotion Night. The caller whose guess is closest to the actual final score, measured as the smallest combined point differential across both teams’ final scores, wins a Venue gift card valued at a minimum of fifty dollars ($50). In the event of a tie, the earliest-received qualifying guess wins.
• Weekly Propositions. Sponsor will post up to ten (10) proposition questions per Promotion Night at the Venue. Each correct proposition, as determined by Sponsor, awards a $25 Venue gift card. Limit one (1) proposition prize per person per Promotion Night unless otherwise announced.
• Kickoff Challenge. A Venue gift card valued at one dollar ($1) per return yard on the designated opening kickoff, up to a maximum of $[CAP], and a $100 Venue gift card if that kickoff is returned for a touchdown.

8. PRIZES AND CONDITIONS

Total approximate retail value of all prizes available across the Promotion: $[TOTAL ARV].

The $25,000 grand prize is underwritten by a prize indemnity insurance policy issued by [INSURER NAME], and payment of the grand prize is subject to verification and to the terms of that policy. The grand prize will be paid in a single lump sum by check issued by Sponsor within [NUMBER] days of verification. Gift card prizes are supplied to Sponsor by the Venue under separate agreement and are awarded by Sponsor. The television prize is awarded by Sponsor. All prizes are awarded by Sponsor and by no other party.

• All prizes are awarded “AS IS” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any winner of a prize valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release before the prize is awarded. Failure to return required documents within [NUMBER] days will result in forfeiture.
• Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, and expiration policies of the issuer.
• Unclaimed or forfeited prizes will not be awarded.

9. PUBLICITY AND RECORDING

The Promotion takes place during a live radio broadcast that is simultaneously video streamed on Facebook, X, and YouTube, and all dice rolls are recorded on video. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that they may be photographed, recorded, and broadcast, and, except where prohibited by law, consents to the use of their name, voice, likeness, city of residence, statements, and prize information by Sponsor and by Sponsor’s designees, licensees, broadcast partners, and streaming platforms for advertising, promotional, and programming purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation. All such rights are granted to Sponsor, which may sublicense them; no independent grant is made to any broadcaster or platform.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Venue, ESPN Phoenix 620, Bonneville International Corporation, the prize insurer, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liability of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion, attendance at the Venue, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or stolen entries; technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors; or for any interruption, postponement, or cancellation of the televised game or the broadcast.

Entrants are responsible for their own conduct at the Venue. The Venue reserves all rights with respect to service of alcohol and to refuse service or entry in accordance with its policies and applicable law. Any person who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or who refuses to comply with staff or judge instructions may be disqualified at Sponsor’s or the Venue’s sole discretion.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, weather, equipment failure, cancellation or postponement of the televised game, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

12. WINNERS LIST AND RULES REQUEST
