Friday Football Lock-In

NO PURCHASE OR BET IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR WAGER WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ARIZONA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

1.  Sponsor and Administrator

These contests are an exclusive promotion of On-Air Sports Marketing, LLC dba “Roc and Manuch with Jimmy B” (“Sponsor”), 11415 N. 78th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Sponsor is the sole sponsor, administrator, and operator of these contests. The contests are produced in connection with the radio program “Roc and Manuch with Jimmy B,” which airs on ESPN Phoenix 620 AM / 98.7 HD-2; the station and its licensee provide the broadcast platform only and are not the sponsor, administrator, or operator. DraftKings participates solely as a promotional and venue partner and as the provider of certain prizes noted below; DraftKings is not the sponsor, administrator, or operator. Sponsor may also feature one or more beverage brand partners (which may include Michelob Ultra, NUTRL, and/or Stella Artois) as promotional and/or product-sampling partners in connection with these contests; any such beverage brand partner participates solely in that capacity and is not the sponsor, administrator, or operator of these contests. These contests are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

2.  Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who are physically present in Arizona at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, DraftKings, any beverage brand partner, the station licensee, the venue, and their respective affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3.  Promotion Period

The Friday Football Lock-In promotion runs weekly on Fridays during the 2026–27 football season, on or about August 31, 2026 through February 13, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”), with a separate set of contests conducted each program week (each, a “Contest Week”). Each Contest Week has its own entry window that opens and closes as described below; entries for a given Contest Week must be received before that week’s stated cutoff (on or before the first featured game’s kickoff). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.  Sponsor has right to discontinue promotion at any time.

4.  The Contests

Three (3) separate contests are offered each Contest Week:

1. Roc’s Cash Lock-In Card (Pick 5) — a game of skill. To enter, complete a Lock-In Card by predicting the straight-up winners of the five (5) featured games for that Contest Week and providing your name and phone number. Drop your completed card in the entry box at the live show, or enter by the Alternate Method of Entry (Section 6), before the first featured game’s kickoff. Limit one (1) card per person per Contest Week. The entrant with the most correct picks wins that week’s prize; ties are broken by the entrant whose tiebreaker (Monday Night Football total combined points) is closest. Weekly prize: $100 (“Roc’s Cash”) plus an ESPN 620 or third party swag item. Every valid entry is also scored on the season-long Lock-In Leaderboard toward an end-of-season grand prize, if offered (any grand prize to be described in a separate addendum).
2. The Weekend Lock or Game of the Week— Challenge Roc & Manuch — a game of skill. Each week Sponsor designates a “Game of the Week.” One (1) caller is selected on air to go head-to-head against one of the hosts (Roc or Manuch, alternating week to week). The caller and the host each predict (i) the winning team and (ii) the final score of the Game of the Week. A prediction that correctly picks the winning team beats one that does not; if both correctly pick the winner (or both miss), the prediction closest to the actual final score — measured by the smallest combined point difference from the two teams’ actual scores — wins. If the caller wins, the caller receives the DraftKings gift card then at stake. If the host wins, no gift card is awarded that week and its value carries over to the following week, increasing by $100 — starting at $100 and accumulating each week a host wins until a caller wins, up to a maximum carryover of $500 (or as otherwise agreed with DraftKings). All DraftKings gift cards are provided by DraftKings, subject to DraftKings gift-card terms; recipient must be 21+. No purchase, deposit, or wager is necessary to call in or to win.
3. The $250 Cash Board (Lucky Envelope Pull) — includes an element of chance. Finalists are selected at random from among all valid Lock-In Card entries received for that Contest Week. Each selected finalist personally draws one (1) sealed envelope from the display and wins the cash inside. Each Contest Week the board consists of twenty-one (21) winning envelopes totaling $250: one (1) $100 envelope, ten (10) $10 envelopes, and ten (10) $5 envelopes — so up to twenty-one (21) finalists win each Contest Week. Because finalists are drawn at random, no purchase or bet is necessary and a purchase or wager will not improve your chances (see Section 6). Total cash awarded per Contest Week under this contest will not exceed $250.

5.  How to Win the $100 Roc’s Cash (Lock-In Card) — Plain English

Every week, the $100 is awarded to the entrant with the most correct picks — there is always a winner each Contest Week. In order:

1. Fill out a Lock-In Card — pick the straight-up winner of that week’s five (5) featured games (two Saturday college, two Sunday NFL, one Monday Night) and add your name and phone number.
2. Drop it in the box at the show before Saturday’s first kickoff (or use the free mail-in entry in Section 6).
3. The games are played over the weekend.
4. Most correct picks wins the $100 (plus an ESPN 620 or third party swag item) — even if no one goes 5-for-5, the closest still wins. One winner per week; the prize does not roll over.
5. Tiebreaker: if two or more entrants tie for the most correct, the winner is the one whose Monday Night Football total-combined-points guess is closest.
6. The winner collects the $100 in person at the following Friday show.

6.  No Purchase Necessary; Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase, payment, deposit, or wager of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and none will improve your chances of winning. To enter any contest for a given Contest Week without visiting the venue, hand-print your name, telephone number, the Contest Week date and — for the Lock-In Card contest — your five (5) game predictions and tiebreaker on a 3″ × 5″ card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to: On-Air Sports Marketing, LLC — Friday Football Lock-In, 11415 N. 78th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailed envelope. Mail-in entries must be received before the applicable Contest Week’s cutoff and are entered into the same drawings and scoring as in-person entries.

7.  Winner Selection, Notification, and Prize Claim

Skill-based winners (Lock-In Card and Weekend Lock) are determined by Sponsor after the relevant games are final; Sponsor’s determinations are final and binding. Cash Board finalists are drawn at random by Sponsor from that week’s valid entries. Winners may be announced on air, on the show’s social channels, and/or in person at the venue, and/or contacted using the phone number provided. Roc’s Cash and Cash Board winnings are paid in cash or by check and, unless awarded in person, may be claimed in person at the venue at the following Friday show. A winner who cannot be reached or who does not claim a prize within thirty (30) days may forfeit it, and Sponsor may select an alternate or retain the prize in its discretion. Limit one (1) Cash Board prize per person per Contest Week.

8.  Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Odds of winning a skill-based contest depend on the number and accuracy of entries received. Odds of being selected as a Cash Board finalist depend on the number of valid entries received that Contest Week. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9.  Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and a prize acknowledgment/release before a prize is awarded. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner whose aggregate winnings from Sponsor reach $600 or more in a calendar year. Failure to provide required tax or identity documentation may result in forfeiture.

10.  Publicity and Name, Likeness & Voice Release

Except where prohibited, by participating and/or winning, each entrant grants Sponsor and its designees the right to photograph and record participants and to use each participant’s name, voice, statements, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes — including on air, online, and on social media — in any media now known or later devised, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation.

11.  Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, DraftKings, any beverage brand partner, the station licensee, the venue, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in any contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical or human error; or any matter beyond their reasonable control.

12.  General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry, violates these rules, or acts disruptively or in bad faith, and to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest in whole or in part (including due to fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control). Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of a contest may violate criminal and civil law. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the contests are final and binding.

13.  Governing Law and Disputes

These contests and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

14.  Privacy

Information collected from entrants (including name and phone number) is used to administer the contests, to contact and verify winners, and — for prize fulfillment — may be shared with prize providers. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. [Insert link to Sponsor privacy policy.]

15.  Regulatory and Responsible Gaming

All sportsbook-branded elements and any DraftKings-provided prizes are subject to DraftKings’ approval and applicable Arizona Department of Gaming requirements, and are limited to persons 21 and older. 16.  Winners List

For the name of a Contest Week winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within sixty (60) days after that Contest Week, referencing “Friday Football Lock-In Winners List.”
