SHOWROOM FOOTBALL/BIG GAME VIEWING PARTY RULES
Eligibility: Must be a Fortune Club Member to receive prizes.

KICK OFF CHALLENGE CASH PROMOTION RULES
1. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Kick-Off Challenge does not require any purchase.
2. Management Responsibility: On-Air Sports Marketing (OASM)/R-Entertainment and its staff oversee all the giveaways and contests associated with this promotion.
3. Ticket Limitation: Each person is limited to one (1) drawing ticket/entry. After the first quarter, no drawing tickets/entries will be given out.
4. Entry Distribution: Each guest entering the designated room for the Big Game will receive one drawing ticket/entry. Tickets will not be distributed after the first quarter.
5. Complete Entry Requirement: Contestants must fill out the drawing ticket/entry completely, providing their Fortune Club Member number, name, and phone number. Entries must be legible; otherwise, they will be deemed invalid.
6. Drawing Process: One ticket will be drawn at each successive kickoff during the game.
7. Designated Seating: After being drawn, the contestant will sit or stand in the designated chair associated with the promotion.
8. Winning Conditions:
a. If either team runs the kickoff back for a touchdown and successfully converts the extra point (P.A.T.), the ticket holder will win the progressive jackpot.
b. If the extra point conversion fails after a touchdown, the ticket holder will receive $100.
c. No conversion (P.A.T.) is necessary if a touchdown is scored on the game’s final play or in overtime.
9. No Touchdown Scenario: If no touchdown is scored during a kickoff, a dollar amount corresponding to the distance from the offensive team’s goal line (i.e., $1 for each yard) will be awarded.
10. Progressive Pot Increase: After each score (touchdown, field goal, or safety), an additional $25.00 will be added to the progressive pot.
11. Eligibility to Win: Winners must present a valid ID that matches the winning ticket, be at least 21 years old, be members of the Fortune Club, and be present to claim the prize.

SQUARES RULES
1. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Squares contest does not require any purchase.
2. Management Responsibility: OASM/R-Entertainment and its staff oversee this promotion’s giveaways and contests.
3. Entry Distribution: Each guest entering the room for the Big Game will receive one Square ticket. After the first quarter, no squares will be given out.
4. Membership Requirement: You must be a Fortune Club member to participate, and you must present the card to be eligible to win.
5. In-Person Requirement: Contestants must be present to claim any prize.
6. Ticket Submission: Contestants must complete the square ticket correctly, including the date, their printed name, and signature.
7. Winning Criteria: Contestants with the correct numbers in the Home and Away boxes will receive the announced prize amount.
8. Identification: Winners must possess a valid government-issued ID to validate their identity.
9. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion without prior notice.
10. Age Restriction: Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter the contest.
11. Eligibility Exclusions: Employees of the casino, their immediate family members, and vendors associated with the casino are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

PROPOSITIONS RULES

3. Entry Distribution: Each guest entering the event room for the Big Game will receive one drawing ticket/entry. No additional tickets will be distributed after the first quarter. The ticket/entry is also used for the Kick-Off Challenge game.
4. Complete Entry Requirement: Contestants must fill out the drawing ticket/entry completely, including their Fortune Club number, name, email, and phone number. Entries must be legible to be considered valid.
5. Entry Drawing: One entry will be drawn after a designated proposition occurs during the game.
6. Prize Information: The holder of the drawn entry will receive a prize of $100. There are a total of 10 propositions available, with $100 awarded for each.
7. Eligibility to Win: To claim the prize, the winner must present a valid ID that matches the winning ticket, be at least 21 years of age, be a member of the Fortune Club, and be present at the time of the drawing.
